The risk for people without cold feet

Don’t do this exercise.

I developed this exercise before I developed the oblique activation exercise.

The goal was to activate the rectus abdominis. It worked. But after six days my feet turned into blocks of ice. They felt like they had turned into blocks of ice. For a day I was afraid that they might be amputated. Then I remembered the oblique exercise.

I had already developed two oblique exercises and knew that the obliques could provide extra energy. Fortunately, the third exercise was able to warm up my feet again.

Hopefully doing the oblique activation is enough to skip this exercise. But in the other case. The fact that I was able to warm up my feet again does not guarantee that it will work for other people.
