I have a theory about the cause of the yo-yo effect and added an exercise a few times a week to tune my body. My goal is to lose 10 kilos in a period of 3 months. But my body determines when that period begins.
I expect my weight to rise to about 98.8 before it starts dropping again. This didn’t happen.

You know how you start a new diet, lose 10 pounds, and then it stops? Or you go to the gym, lose 10 pounds, and it stops.
So far, I’ve lost 3.5 pounds, stopped, and gained a few pounds back. Started again and lost 5.5 pounds.
Only when I’ve lost 13 pounds from 100.7 kg will I know for sure it’s working.
